Before submission, confirm:
- Button usage complies with all rules in Button and Branding
- Screenshots show correct color, proportions, and placement
- The text “Google Pay” is always in English
- Button prominence is equal or higher than other wallet buttons
Testing confirmation
Before submission, confirm:
- All items in the functional checklist in Testing and Go-Live are completed
- Branding checklist during testing is complete
- Merchant UAT is signed
Submission process
The integration is submitted via Google Pay & Wallet Console. Steps:
- Add website in Google Pay & Wallet Console
- Register and verify domains
- Upload checkout screenshots
- Provide integration documentation URL
- Submit for review
Google reviews the integration and grants production access upon approval.
Submission is performed by the Gateway or partnerships owner responsible for Google Pay integration. Responsibilities:
- Gateway: configures Google Pay integration and submits for review
- Merchant: integrates checkout and provides domain information
- Google: reviews and approves the integration
