This API endpoint is required to renew a buyer’s current subscription.
For example:
expired, blocked, active, and it needs to be renewed for the same period (e.g., 1-month basic → 1-month basic).expired, blocked, active, and it needs to be renewed with an extended duration (e.g., 1-month basic → 6-month basic).After a successful request, the current subscription is updated: its duration is extended; if the previous status was expired, it changes to active; and the product is updated if it differs from the original.
